Academic Transcript 鈥� Official听

Adult First Degree Students:听Submit an official high school transcript, High School Equivalency Diploma, or Adult Diploma certificate with graduation/completion date.

Wings Degree Completion and Second Degree Students:听Official academic transcripts from each college, university, or other post-secondary institution attended are required regardless of whether credit was earned.

Application Fee

Adult听applicants must submit a $40 non-refundable fee or acceptable fee waiver. Non-degree听applicants must submit a $25 non-refundable fee.听听You may also pay by mailing a check or money order to the Office of Admissions, 3800 Hillsborough Street, Raleigh, NC 27607-5298. Cash is also accepted

Character Statement Answered

Applicants must indicate 鈥測es鈥� or 鈥渘o鈥� to听. An explanation is required for any 鈥測es鈥� responses.

Courses-in-Progress Provided

Adult applicants听must provide a听听in which they are currently enrolled or an explanation of how time has been spent if not currently enrolled

Credit Evaluation Complete

Completed by the Office of the Registrar and reflects transferable credits and general education requirements met after review of official college, university, or post-secondary institutional transcripts.

Essay

Adult applicants must听听on a topic of your choice.

Interview with Admissions Officer

Applicants may be required to interview with an admissions officer.

Photocopy of Passport, Permanent Resident Card, Visa and/or I-9 Form

International applicants who are non-U.S. citizens will be required to submit a photocopy of one of these documents if accepted for admission.

Adult applicants听must sign to indicate that all information given on the application is complete and accurate.
