New Social Explorer Resource Available to Meredith Community Members

The library is pleased to announce that Meredith now has access to the database, as part of the resource package provided by the statewide NCLIVE library consortium.Ìý
Social Explorer is an interactive research tool that offers recent and historical census data, along with demographic information covering categories including business, education, health, religion, and crime.Ìý
Social Explorer’s data can be presented and analyzed visually or in table form, and users can create and export their own customized reports and maps. Meredith community members can access Social Explorer from on or off campus using the library’s link and can create personal accounts to save their work using a Meredith email address.
