You’ll gain classroom and real-world experience through courses on teaching and interaction strategies, as well as a hands-on field experience within your current school or classroom. The fully online CIS add-on license may put you in a better position to be considered for central office or school leadership positions such as Instructional Resource Teacher, Curriculum Coordinator, or Reading Specialist.
