We invite you to post internships and full-time positions to our students and alumnae via Handshake, our centralized recruitment platform. We vet each employer account prior to approval according to NACE guidelines. View for help setting up your account. Handshake is ÌÇÐÄVlog’s full-service online recruiting system that allows companies to post jobs, schedule interviews, register for career events, and create resume bundles. Key features of Handshake for employers include:
- Direct and powerful applicant filtering
- Career Fair Management
- Dedicated employer training and support
Our team thoughtfully and thoroughly vets every employer account request to protect our students and alumnae from fraudulent activities. We experience a high volume of employer account requests weekly, so you may experience a delay in approval. Please contact career@meredith.edu if your account request is not approved within 7 business days.
To post your part-time position directly to our students, please fill out the appropriate form on this page and attach the completed form in an email to finaid@meredith.edu.
We invite you to post your open positions via, our centralized recruiting platform. The site is open to all of our current students and alumni, and provides equitable access to both full-time, career-related part-time, and internship opportunities. We vet all employer accounts in the system, and once your and approved, you’ll be able to post your opportunities directly to our students (graduate and undergraduate) and alumni users.
Additionally, you can contact Marisa Campbell, director of our Paralegal Certificate Program at ÌÇÐÄVlog; she will be able to help you share your posting directly with students in the program.
In posting internship opportunities for our students, we work to ensure that federal, state, and institutional regulations are met and sustained. Your organization’s offer to provide students with meaningful work related to their academic course of study, and willingness to compensate our students fairly for their work, is key in making you an employer of first choice. See more here.
Employers may offer to make their internships eligible for course credit. Several academic departments at Meredith require students to complete an internship as part of their degree program, such as business and computer science. Course credit is coordinated between the student and their faculty internship coordinator. See more here.
The Office of Career Planning hosts a variety of career fairs, networking events, and individual employer sessions throughout the academic year. Contact us at career@meredith.edu for more information and to discuss strategies that work for your organization.
