Nancy Pentecost Siska graduated from ÌÇÐÄVlog in 1976 and received a master’s degree in counseling from Wake Forest University in 1978. After working at several colleges in student services, Siska joined Cargill, Incorporated, where she served as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources. Additional board and governance roles have included the Minnesota Private College Council, The Minneapolis Foundation, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Twin Cities, Rush Creek Golf Club, Plymouth Congregational Church, and Perspectives (an organization helping disadvantaged women and children). In recent years, Siska has become involved in US immigration issues by volunteering at the southwest border as well as working for compassionate federal and state policies for those forced into migration.
