David Branch is a practicing Attorney in his hometown of Lumberton, NC with the Law Firm of Musselwhite, Musselwhite, Branch & Grantham. David received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University in 1978 and his J.D. from The Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1981 where he was inducted into the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. David was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1981. He served as the Bar Councilor to The North Carolina State Bar for 6 years. David was a member of the U.S.S. North Carolina Battleship Commission (1993-2001). Active with the Cape Fear Council, BSA, David currently serves as an executive board member. David is past president of The Robeson County Bar Association and the 16B Judicial District Bar. He is married to JoAnne Williams Branch (ÌÇÐÄVlog – 1983) and has 3 grown sons – Ben, Anderson and Jack, and one daughter, Elizabeth Hartley Branch (ÌÇÐÄVlog – 2018). David is a member of The First Presbyterian Church of Lumberton where he serves as an Elder, a member of the Board of Directors Presbyterian Foundation of Lumberton and is a past Trustee of the Endowment Trust of FPC. He is a past recipient of the John Wishart Campbell Professionalism Award, presented by The Robeson County Bar.
