White Iris Ball

This is a semi-formal dance for Meredith students and their guests hosted by the Meredith Activities Board.

It will be at the Crabtree Valley Marriott, and we will have a DJ, photo booth, food and drinks, and more! It will be the perfect time to create fun memories while also nearing the end of the first semester!

$20 per person: Event includes food, DJ, and two ZimZoom photo booths.

**Please note: tickets will be $25 per person at the door – exact cash or credit card; we encourage everyone to RSVP ahead of time.

TRADITIONS FUND
We value inclusion and accessibility for Meredith traditions! If you need assistance with the cost, the Meredith Traditions Fund may cover one full ticket for your (Meredith student) attendance at White Iris Ball. In order to be considered for this scholarship, you must apply at least three (3) business days prior to the end of ticket sales (by Thursday, November 14th).

ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodation requests for you or a guest should be made by Thursday, November 14th through Cheryl Jenkins.

VOLUNTEERING
If you are interested in volunteering to decorate for the event or during the event, please fill out the following form by Friday, November 15th. If you volunteer, you will receive a discount on your ticket ONLY ($10 for you, not guest tickets). Once you fill out the volunteer sheet we will contact you with the code for the ticket, meaning, do not purchase until you hear from us!! Here is the form for those interested:

BUS SHUTTLE on Carolina Livery Bus
-Complimentary Bus Shuttle all night on 30 minute intervals
– Arrive 15 minutes ahead of your shift
-Buses are equipped with ADA wheelchair lifts
-No Non-Meredith guests allowed
-Buses will pick up at Meredith at Jones Chapel and drop off at back of Hotel (and vice versa) You need to sign up for shuttle service TO and FROM the dance: they are labeled with departure or return so make sure you sign up for a slot there and back!
– You must acknowledge the release form below. If you are under 18, then you need a parent or guardian to sign, so please email Cheryl Jenkins聽for a release form.
-If you have a need to use a time for the bus that is not listed (it needs to be within the time frame of the dance), please contact Cait Buckley听补苍诲 we can get you accommodated!
