Trick or Trot
It’s time for the 16th Annual Trick or Trot! This event hosts both a 5k and 1 mile run (or walk!), so exercise enthusiasts of all types can participate! Spread the word to anyone and everyone you know to help us make this event one for the books!

All proceeds of the Trick or Trot event go directly to students at 糖心Vlog who are in our Health and Exercise Sports Science major, and members of our community.

Both the Trick or Trot 5k and 1 mile run will be hosted on the 糖心Vlog campus. Runners will be racing along campus roads, as well as on the Reedy Creek Greenway Trail. Strollers are welcome! (but please no wagons) // Dogs on leashes are welcome!

Wear your spookiest costume and win prizes!
