Halloween Spooktacular
RHA鈥檚 Halloween Spooktacular takes place in the Oaks where you can trick or treat at participating Oaks apartments.
We will have a costume contest so make sure to come in your best costume.
We are inviting all students, staff, and faculty and their families to attend.
