Planning your group visit to campus

Group tours of campus are available to middle school students, high school students, and community-based organizations or educational non-profits working with current high school students.

Groups are limited to 25 students. A minimum of one chaperone per group of 15 students is required.

Group visits can be scheduled Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:00 a.m. during the fall semester when classes are in session.

  • Middle school groups will participate in a 45-minute walking tour of campus.
  • High school groups will participate in a 45-minute walking tour of campus and have the option to include a 30-minute information session with an Admission Counselor.Ìý

If you are interested in scheduling a group visit at an alternate time or need more information, please email Christine Borneo, Campus Visit Coordinator, at cjborneo@meredith.edu.

Group visit requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance. Because of high levels of visitors in the spring, we are unable to accommodate requests for group visits from mid-March through May.

Arriving on campus

Groups should arrive in Johnson Hall 10 – 15 minutes before the scheduled visit time to allow for group check-in.

Please note: tour guides, facility space, and admissions counselor schedules have been arranged/reserved based on the start time for your visit. If your group is running more than 15 minutes behind schedule, we may be unable to provide your session as previously discussed. If your group is running more than 15 minutes behind please call the Office of Admissions at (919) 760-8581.

While on campus

Students should be prepared to put their phones away and interact respectfully and professionally with College staff and students.

If your group would like to have lunch on campus, reservations can be made by contacting Belk Dining Hall directly at (919) 760-8377 or catering@meredith.edu.Ìý
